Job Description

Lympha Press is hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager as a full-time job in Chadds Ford, PA.

 
The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process from patient intake and insurance verification through billing, collections, and reimbursement. This role ensures that all revenue cycle activities are optimized to enhance cash flow, reduce bad debt, and improve the patient or customer financial experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in financial operations within a healthcare or similar revenue-driven environment..

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Lead and manage all functions of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, charge capture, accounts receivable, collections, and denial management.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue cycle process, reduce denials, and maximize reimbursements.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in AR, clean claim rate, denial rate, and collection percentages.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, IT, finance, compliance) to ensure accurate and timely billing.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies.


Job Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Experience in durable medical equipment (DME), healthcare management, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems

  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
