Honor Community Health is a 501c3 Federally Qualified Health Center co-located within 20 locations. Our mission is to provide for the health and wellness needs of the underserved of Oakland County through the provision of comprehensive, integrated primary, behavioral health, and dental care. Position Description

Reporting to the Director, Payer Strategies and Financial Analytics, the Revenue Cycle Manager is an essential member of a high performing management team. The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees the daily operations of the billing department, patient registration unit, and all patient accounting activities and provides support to the front desk operations staff following Honor Community Health’s policies and procedures as well as Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) guidelines, ensuring the organization is compliant with location, state and federal standards, policies and guidelines. The Revenue Cycle Manager maintains strong internal and external relationships, serving as liaison on behalf of Honor Community Health’s centers and administrative team. Work collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality healthcare to all.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or High School diploma and 5-10 years of health care physician billing required.
  • Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Medical Records, CAQH, CHAMPS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
