Job Description

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for Psychologist’s throughout the state of Michigan. The Psychologist will provide extensive psychological services or work in a review, evaluation, or consultative capacity. Candidates for this position are required to have a Master’s degree. Candidates for this position are required to have a Master’s degree. We are accepting Licensed Master/Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Psychologists. Candidates must have a Michigan license to practice and a Master's Degree.
Shifts: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay Rate-
$60.00/hr

Job Duties
Knowledge of techniques for observing and assessing behavior
o Psychotherapy techniques
o Principles and practices of applied behavior analyses
o Counseling techniques
o Abnormal psychology
o Principles and practices of clinical psychology
o Principles of group behavior and interaction
o Experimental/research techniques
o Conduct evaluation and therapeutic interview techniques
o Types and use of standardized psychological tests including those applicable in testing the
physically handicapped, socially or emotionally maladjusted
o Statistical techniques used in testing and research
Ability to effectively interact/establish a rapport with clients, and to develop therapeutic relationship
o Use intervention methods to bring about positive behavioral changes in clients
o Facilitate positive group interaction and mutual support
o Prepare clear and concise case studies
o Administer and core tests, conduct surveys and interviews and experimental procedures
Maintain records and prepare reports and other communications
Minimum Qualifications:
· 1 year experience performing similar services
· 2-3 references
· Master’s degree
