**Clinical Systems Analyst**
**Location:** San Jose, CA
**Salary Range:** $37.23 - $40.87/hour
**Work Model:** Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days wfm/offsite)
**About the Role:**
Join us as a **Clinical Systems Analyst** to optimize and implement clinical systems, supporting Health Center and Behavioral Health departments with Epic EHR.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Support:** Provide Tier 1 application support and troubleshoot issues.
+ **Optimize:** Develop and enhance workflows.
+ **Document:** Maintain IS team documentation.
+ **Manage:** Handle Epic user onboarding/offboarding and security.
+ **Collaborate:** Assist clinicians with system requests and clinical tools.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Required:** Bachelor's degree in Health Information Informatics, IT, Health Information Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
+ **Experience:** Workflow development/optimization, healthcare experience, and Epic experience.
