The Compassact Foundation went to celebrate the children’s day with the students of Ushakumari teacher who rows a boat, treks kilometres to teach a tribal school in Kerala. She has been working at the single-teacher school in Kunnathumala, Trivandrum for 16 years now.

Compassact conducted various competitions to the children and they were awarded with prizes and certificates. Smt. Ushakumari was honored in the presence of special guest Shri. Sanjay, Forester – Kunnathumala.
