The Compass Act Foundation is a non-profit organization building individual’s resilience to offending by providing them with the skills, knowledge and ability to avoid situations in which their risk of crime might be increased.

Mr. Duraisamy always believe that ‘Good seed nurtured becomes a good tree and a good tree produces good fruit’. After retiring as an officer from the state revenue department, along with Mr. Ravi Prakash who left behind a career in the field of Information Technology founded The Compassact Foundation to intervene early at key developmental stages to alleviate risk factors and enhance protective factors. Address the underlying factors that contributed to an offender’s behavior in the first place and support their transition back into the community.
